The free plan is permanent and covers 2 connected accounts (an ICS feed counts as one) with every calendar in them, 1 sync rule, and a 15-minute sync interval — no credit card required. Pro is $4/month or $40/year and lifts every limit: unlimited connected accounts, unlimited sync rules, a 5-minute sync interval, AI rule generation, invitation-based delivery, and REST API access. Pro includes a 14-day free trial; a card is required at signup but you are not charged until day 14. Business is contact-only for teams that need batch account orders, personal support, or custom work.

- What counts as a sync rule?
- One rule moves events in one direction between two calendars, so mirroring both ways is two rules. Both calendars can live in the same account. The free plan includes one rule and two connected accounts (an ICS feed counts as one), which covers a single direction; Pro removes both limits.
- Does the price go up as I add calendars?
- No. No plan limits calendars: the free plan caps connected accounts, not the calendars inside them. Pro is $4/month or $40/year whatever you connect. Unlimited connected accounts and unlimited sync rules are part of the plan rather than add-ons, and there is no per-calendar or per-seat pricing.
- How far ahead does CalendarPipe sync?
- The free plan syncs 14 days ahead and Pro syncs 90, which you can raise to 180 if you book further out than that. Events past the edge arrive as the window rolls forward. Invitation-based delivery is capped at 30 days on any plan, because a longer window turns a calendar sync into a mail run.
- What happens when the 14-day Pro trial ends?
- You are charged for the first month unless you cancel before day 14. A card is collected at signup but nothing is taken until then, and cancelling returns you to the free plan rather than locking you out — the free plan has no expiry date.
- What happens to my settings if I go back to the free plan?
- Nothing is deleted. Anything the free plan does not cover is switched off instead: a wider sync window narrows to the free default, connected accounts and rules beyond the free limits are disabled, and so are rules that deliver by email invitation. Upgrading again restores the window and lets you switch the rest back on, so downgrading is reversible rather than destructive.
- Do you offer a plan for teams or batch accounts?
- Yes — Business is for batch account orders, personal support, and custom development or roadmap influence. It is managed manually rather than through self-serve checkout. Use Contact us on the pricing page (or /contact) and we will follow up.
